Panviman Chiang Mai Spa Resort

If you guys have been following Isabel and I on Instagram, you might have seen some of our travel posts of our trip to Chiang Mai (the North of Thailand).  We are so excited to share with you snippets of our trip and the beautiful resort we stayed at called Panviman.

Tucked away high up in the  Chiang Mai mountains, Panviman offered a much needed privacy – away from the hustle and bustle of my usual city life.

We spent most of our days there by the pool, sipping cocktails and enjoying the vast view of beautiful tropical mountain ranges. It was exactly what the both of us needed, some nature and some girly talks.

For me, the best part of staying at Panviman was the fact that all we needed was Panviman. I’m usually not the kind of person that goes on a holiday just to stay in the hotel, but this resort literally had everything you could ask for. Their beautiful nature trails offered so many photo opportunities that Isabel and I just couldn’t help but take advantage of all the enchanting scenery.

I was also impressed that Panviman and their staff seemed to care a lot about the nature that surrounded them and that preserving it is part of their mission. They even had a pet peacock (not kidding!) that roams around blissfully within the Panviman grounds!

We were also extremely grateful for their buggy rides that would take us around the resort for when we didn’t feel like walking miles!

Our room was also extremely cute with a breath taking view! We couldn’t believe that we were waking up to these mountains and beautiful blue skies every morning. We even had breakfast right here on this balcony one morning!

On our final morning there, we decided that we wanted to have breakfast in their usual breakfast area as we didn’t want to miss out on anything.

Their breakfast consisted of a balanced offer of the classic Western breakfast (cereal, eggs, bread, sausages, ham, bacon, etc…) and your classic Asian breakfast (which I love!) of congee, rice, stir fried noodles, etc… And again, they never fail to completely blow us away with yet another stunning view for us to have breakfast and girly talks over.

We are back in Bangkok now and already reminiscing our stay at Panviman Chiang Mai, surrounded by nature. I couldn’t help but to look up their resort and found out that they have two more resorts both at beautiful Thai beaches in the South of Thailand. One in Koh Chang and another in Thailand’s famous Koh Pha-Ngan. If I ever visit any of those two places, I think I’ll have to choice but to check out the Panviman there too!
